The interior of this typical Auvergne house is of remarkable quality. You will also fall under the charm of the neighboring villages: St Hymer, Beaumont en Auge, Blangy le Château. The flowery coast is less than half an hour away (Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur). Independent house with private access within the property, 3 other cottages on site. First floor: large living room with fireplace. Fitted kitchen. Wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets (1 bed 160x200cm, 2 beds 90x190cm, baby bed on request). Electric heating. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Shared swimming pool (15mx6m) heated from June to September, sports room, sauna 4 places, trampoline, ping-pong table and swings. Private land on a 10 ha property with a river and ponds. Vigilance recommended for young children. Beds made, towels provided, cleaning included. Possibility of extra beds.
