This 68 m² detached house accommodates up to six people in a cosy, well-kept atmosphere. Families and groups of friends have three attic bedrooms upstairs, with bed linen and blankets provided. A cot completes the facilities for stays with a toddler. In the hallway, large cupboards provide space to store clothes, bags and suitcases without turning the bedrooms into an obstacle course.
On the ground floor, the living area sets the tone: welcoming, comfortable and designed for socialising. The spacious dining room is perfect for leisurely meals, whilst the cosy lounge is ideal for quiet moments. Two televisions are available, one of which has Netflix. Perfect for organising a film night whilst others continue their conversations around the table. The bright, white, fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from morning coffee to a home-cooked dinner. An oven, microwave and electric coffee maker make everyday life easier.
The bathroom features a shower and a heated towel rail, and towels are provided. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay in the house. At the rear, a utility room offers practicality with an additional fridge and a private washing machine. Cleaning is also included in the services on offer: less to organise, more time to enjoy your stay.
On fine days, the terrace at the front of the house becomes the gathering place. A garden table, al fresco dining and a barbecue make for a simple yet wonderfully effective way to spend your time. After a day spent exploring the historic centre, the heritage sites of Dives-sur-Mer and the seaside, everyone can retreat to their own space before coming together again.
