Situated 5 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Côte Fleurie (Merville Franceville-plage and Cabourg). Just 5 km away, you can visit the Pegasus Bridge and the Merville Battery. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Normandy countryside. Nature lovers can cycle to the Baie de Sallenelles, a natural site rich in flora and fauna. You can continue along the canal to Caen or Ouistreham.
There are 4 bedrooms in the annex to the house:
2 bedrooms on the ground floor :
with 160cm beds, private shower room and wc. The “Pays d’Auge” bedroom has a private kitchen area.
The Côte Fleurie suite upstairs comprises :
– One sleeping area with 2 single beds (90cm) and private shower room,
– The other sleeping area has 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 single bed (90cm) and a private shower room.
– These two areas share a WC.
The 4 bedrooms have wifi in the bedroom and a shared kitchen area on the ground floor.
In the owners’ house:
On the 2nd floor, a double bedroom: with 1 double bed (160cm) and a private bathroom and WC. Wifi connection is not available in this room, but in the communal area in the annex. There is a dining and relaxation area in another room on the first floor.
