This old small renovated Norman dairy, located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, will allow you, thanks to its bucolic environment and its absolute calm, to come and recharge your batteries in the middle of nature while discovering the charms of Normandy. Relaxation and detox stay guaranteed! It benefits from the label Meublé de Tourisme 3 ***. This small charming house is totally independent. Located at the end of the owners' land, it has its own entrance and its own garden. It is composed of a living room with a wood-burning stove on the first floor and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with direct access to the terrace. A master suite with shower and independent toilet complete the first floor. On the second floor, a landing with a single bed leads to an attic bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with bath and toilet. The exterior consists of a large terrace, a garden located behind the house and a play area for children. Sheets, towels and table linen are provided.
