La Div'Inn
La Div’Inn is a residence designed for artists and professionals in the leisure sector.
It enables artists and professionals in the sports and cultural sectors to enjoy an exceptional setting in which to devote time to creativity or collaboration away from their usual living and working environments.
It offers a modern and functional workspace, as well as comfortable accommodation for 10 people.
La Div’Inn comprises six separate workspaces, accommodation areas and outdoor spaces:
> A large workspace: 42m² with a 10-metre-high ceiling, underfloor heating, and no fixed furnishings, where participants can freely lay out floor mats (up to around fifteen), improvise creative scenes or play musical instruments
> A meeting room: featuring a table seating 10 people and an extra-large wall-mounted whiteboard to encourage direct participation from attendees. It is also equipped with a kitchen containing a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob and storage cupboards.
> An adjoining bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, sleeping two people
* A two-storey holiday cottage designed to accommodate six people: On the ground floor, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, kettle). A wood-burning stove and a radiator provide heating in winter
On the first floor, a lounge featuring two sofas, a television and a pellet stove; a shower room and a toilet.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: the first has a 1.80m bed, and the second has a 1.80m bed and two 0.90m beds
> A fully equipped flat that can accommodate two additional people
Situated on the upper floor, it features a combined dining and living area, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle), a sleeping area with a 1.80m bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. A heat pump provides heating in winter – Not available at present
* A large, freely accessible garden overlooking the River Dives, ideal for outdoor work sessions, at the foot of a spacious terrace.
