From an oak several times centenary, you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside Norman in the heart of the Pays de Bray. A great hiking trail passes in front of the property and to directly reach the Green Avenue, walk or bike… you will leave to the discovery of Forges les Eaux, Neufchatel en Bray and Dieppe for the bravest.
