Le Mêle-sur-Sarthe is located between the Perche and Normandie-Maine regional natural parks. These are so many "open doors" to the riches of the countryside and nature for those who like to discover them (small villages, hiking trails and greenways, national forest). The town also has a large body of water designed for leisure activities with swimming, fishing, mini golf, etc. A little further: equestrian center and karting circuit.
All-inclusive equipment. Upstairs in an old restored farmhouse is our adjoining gîte. Living room (extra fireside bed for 1 person), kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, WC. Electric heating. Common courtyard. Carport. Possibility of 15 boxes. Public charging station for electric vehicles a few meters away.
