This family home is a small green haven in the heart of the charming village of Montgaroult, perfect for a vacation with family or friends. You'll enjoy its peaceful setting while being ideally located, just 10 minutes from Argentan, 45 minutes from Caen, an hour from the sea, 15 minutes from the Rabodanges water sports center, and 20 minutes from the Haras National du Pin. The veranda offers a view of the flower garden and the Ecouves forest. For hiking enthusiasts, several walking trails are accessible on foot from the cottage and an IGN map will be provided.
