The former presbytery in the village of Rouperroux has been completely and passionately renovated by Jessica and Christophe, originally from Moselle. Everything has been planned in this spacious and comfortable cottage. Don't miss out on joining our neighbor Christian, who rings the bells every day at aperitif time (only at 12 p.m. and 7 p.m.)! All shops, services, and natural and cultural activities are within 5 km: visit the prestigious Château de Carrouges, Parc et Géoparc Normandie Maine (entertainment and events), walks in the Ecouves national forest, and don't forget to discover the sensitive natural area of the Petits Riaux peat bog with its carnivorous plants!
Old house in the heart of the village with an enclosed garden overlooking the countryside. – Ground floor: Entrance, separate toilet, dining room with kitchen, living room (wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, and digital piano). – Upstairs: Landing, relaxation lounge with small games, bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm, single bed 90 x 190 cm), bedroom (three single beds 90 x 190 cm), bathroom with large shower 140 x 90 cm and toilet. Bathroom linens provided free of charge upon request. Enclosed garden with a south-facing wooden terrace overlooking the donkey pasture. Games (badminton, bow and arrows, tennis coach).
