Ideally located with its central position in the Perche: close to nature activities with the Herse pond for fishing and less than 2 km from a greenway for walks or bike rides and cultural visits with small character towns all around such as Bellême, Longny au perche, La Perrière and Mortagne-au-Perche.
Old stone house, semi-detached on two levels. Ground floor : Large living room with kitchen, living/dining room with double sofa bed. Shower room with hammam shower and separate wc. Spa Desjoyaux 5 places in a room of 20 m2. Games area with table football, step and exercise bike. First floor. Three bedrooms, one of which is under the ceiling, each with a 140/190 cm double bed made on arrival. Play area for children with a suspended net. Large 30 m2 terrace and 300 m² enclosed garden with swings and a cabin for children and teenagers at the bottom of the garden with outdoor games. Small dogs accepted on request (15€/day). a basket of wood provided for the stove: + €10 per additional basket. Possibility of being up to 8 people.
