Brick and flint house with a large garden (2000m²) for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing stay in the countryside. A chicken run at the bottom of the garden will delight the little ones. The gîte is located next to a working farm (cereal crops), 10 minutes from Yvetot station, close to the A29 and A150 freeways and 20 minutes from the sea (Fécamp 28km, Etretat 45km). The owners do not allow smoking in the house, and parties are not permitted. Please note that this gîte is not all-inclusive: some options are extra.
First floor: – entrance to living room: – open-plan kitchen with snack table and 2 high stools (fan-assisted oven, microwave, 1-bowl sink, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 3-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, kettle), – lounge, TV 130cm, – large bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm. closet, – laundry room (washing machine), – wc with washbasin, – shower room with walk-in shower (100x120cm), 2 basins, First floor (attic): – landing, – bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190cm that can be placed closer together (beam at 1.75m height at entrance), – bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm (beam at 1.75m height), – toilet with washbasin. Baby equipment: cot and high chair. Outside: – terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Enclosure with a few chickens and the owner’s small vegetable garden.
