An extension of the seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret, the commune of St Jean also benefits from the magnificent sandy beach facing the Isle of Jersey. The residential areas, which have been developed over the years behind the dunes, are very peaceful and ideal for families. With the sea nearby, equestrian center, golf course and bicycle paths, you'll find the ideal setting for your vacation. Built in 2024, this new bungalow is perfectly equipped and functional. The bedrooms are small, but each benefits from practical wall-mounted storage space, and there's plenty of room for a large shower room. The living room, with its through-lighting, is beautifully decorated and gives access to two terraces. One of these is equipped with a Nordic bath for relaxation! Séléna and Gilles, the owners, will take the time to explain how the house works and what not to do to discover the Cotentin peninsula.
