Surrounded by a large, well-secured lot, the house is perfect for families with children. The old boathouse will occasionally be a games room with a ping-pong table and will allow water sports enthusiasts to store equipment there. The owners Didier and Geneviève have brought this pleasant, very functional house up to date and converted the old adjoining garage into an additional relaxation room (3 steps down).
