The green hills of the Coutançais bocage welcome you and offer you a pleasant living environment to recharge your batteries. Olivier and Evelyne will have the joy of welcoming you to this old residence which was for a long time their second home a few minutes from Coutances and its Jazz festival. Fallen under the spell of this beautiful department, they now live there. The 2 large bedrooms upstairs allow families to be at ease and the warm living room with its wood stove offers a beautiful convivial space. The house has a small private orchard across the street, perfect for getting green. A hangar is mounted there for a possible carport.
