Come and discover your new home in the countryside with Nordic spa and animal views, close to the Normandy coast. Located 20 minutes by car from Étretat and Le Havre, less than an hour from Deauville and Honfleur. Built in 1871 in typical Cauchois style, the house was completely renovated in 2023 in a "Maison de campagne" style, combining the cachet of the past with modern features. The house features a large enclosed garden with a Nordic SPA, a paddock with animals (goats, pigs, sheep and chickens) and a wide range of leisure activities (billiards, portico, pétanque court, board games…). The gîte's big plus: each bedroom has its own private bathroom or shower room, for a comfortable stay. Green Up" electric vehicle charging point on site. Hiking trails depart from the gîte (GR21 100m away). Please note that this gîte is not all-inclusive: some options are extra.
First floor: – Large living room with fully-equipped kitchen (2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, filter coffee maker, pods, induction hob…) opening onto dining room and living room, – Laundry room with second fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer, – 2-person bedroom with 160x200cm bed and large shower room with Italian shower, – 2-person bedroom with 160x200cm bed, shower room with Italian shower and private WC. – Separate WC, Upstairs: – Large landing room with billiard table and sitting area with numerous books and board games, – 2 2-person bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, each with Italian shower, – Separate WC, – 4-person family room with bunk beds and 2 90x190cm beds, – Shower room with shower and WC, – Large 2-person suite with 160x200cm bed and open-plan bathroom with island bath and WC. Outside: enclosed garden not overlooked with garden furniture, parasols, barbecue, deckchairs and outdoor games (pétanque, badminton).
