Exceptional location on the banks of the Orne river and below the Ménil Glaise castle, more than 60 meters from a steep cliff! The "Au fil de l'Orne" gîte will delight nature lovers who will discover the region thanks to the hiking trails offered (Boucle du Rocher, site classified as a Sensitive Natural Space). Fishermen, for their part, will be able to appreciate the beauty of this exceptional site in a meander which joins the Suisse Normande. Newbies will definitely catch the American crayfish present in large numbers.
Old independent house with heating included (reversible air conditioning) for 10 people maximum. Ground floor: dining room (sofa) and open fitted kitchen, bathroom (walk-in shower and double sink), separate WC. Half floor: living room (convertible sofa, TV). Floor: bedroom 1 (double bed 140×190 cm), bedroom 2 (double bed 140×90 cm + 2 single trundle beds 90×190 cm), 2-bedroom suite (double bed 140×190 cm, 2 children’s beds 70×140 cm) with adjoining bathroom and WC. Unfenced garden bordered by the river with direct access for canoes. Bike shelter and grassland for horses on request (€15/horse/stay). Animals welcome for a fee (no more than 2 animals: €5/animal/day). For your family reunions: reception room with another gite in the village.
