Whatever the season, the modern, comfortable living area is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. The well-equipped kitchen is sure to delight cooks! The two bedrooms are perfect for a moment's rest. You'll also be able to explore the many treasures of the region's heritage, including the nearby Thermes du Vieil Evreux thermal baths and the nearby town of Evreux. These are just some of the attractions you're sure to appreciate on your next getaway. The aim: simply to feel at home! On the ground floor, you'll enter a lovely living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area separated by a bar, a dining area and a comfortable lounge with TV, sofa bed and electric fireplace. Upstairs, a corridor leads to the two bedrooms: the first with 1 double bed (160×200) and the second with 2 single beds (90×200). Small bathroom with washing-machine dryer, toilet and towel dryer. A few board games are available. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. On the large, fully enclosed property, you'll enjoy the garden and a private terrace area with garden furniture and deckchairs. Bicycle shelter. The large property is home to 3 other gîtes, all well separated around the courtyard.
