Along the Risle Valley, Corneville is a pretty, typical, peaceful village nestled between forests and a river, next to Pont-Audemer, a little Norman Venice where it's a pleasure to stroll. At its heart, Ostara is an adorable holiday home just the way we like them, with the character of an old house, its half-timbering and traditional tiles, its floor tiles and beams, its stove for a little fire, its terrace and its garden just for us to enjoy the beautiful days. Cécilia has tastefully decorated it, bringing it modern codes, light and all the comfort expected for a zen stay. And it's a success because we feel really good there, ready to disconnect! You'll love the beautiful area of the warm, welcoming living room. Leisure activities include table football, daydreaming on the chaise longue, playing games in the garden, reading or sunbathing on the deckchairs, bike rides along the small paths or discovering the gems offered by this superb region of the Seine Normande loops natural park. On the ground floor: entrance area in the functional and very well equipped kitchen with its central island with household appliances; table football. The room descends (2 steps) to the large bright living room and all open to the fully closed garden, or open to the kitchen for a very beautiful area: dining area and cozy lounge near the pellet stove; smart TV (access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, Orange bouquet). Shower room with a beautiful walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, large attic bedroom with double bed 160×200 and two single beds. Air conditioning. Pretty terrace with shade sail and furniture for your meals, and in front of your private garden semi-enclosed by walls of approximately 400 m² with sun loungers. Behind the cottage and Cécilia's house, you have access to the large shared garden with trees. Bicycles including 2 electric, molkky, badminton, fishing rods are available; the river is 600 meters away. You may have a visit from the house cats; yours are welcome.
