In a charming Normandy countryside area, where paths meander between typical villages, meadows, fields, and forests, the Made in Normandie gîte is the ideal place for a well-deserved break, whether as a couple or a family. You'll be captivated by this delightful half-timbered cottage and its peaceful green setting. The interior is warm and comfortable, a true haven, with the features that give this old building its character (thatched roofs adorned with irises, attic bedrooms, exposed beams) while also offering all modern comforts. In the garden, there's plenty of area to relax, play, and enjoy meals on sunny days. Samantha has provided lots of games for everyone, and most importantly, a superb indoor heated swimming pool! By bike, on foot, or by running, you can enjoy the friendly village just 2 km away, where you can do your shopping (bakery, butcher, delicatessen), pick up magazines, or have a drink. Nearby, don't miss the magnificent Château de Beaumesnil. On the ground floor: entrance off the well-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the bright living room: a very comfortable lounge with a corner sofa and dining area near the bay window; TV and home cinema system. Shower room with toilet and a very practical storage/laundry room. Upstairs, the two bedrooms, with sloping ceilings and exposed beams, each offer a king-size bed (2x2m) and a TV; one also has a desk. Separate toilet. You will enjoy private areas as well as access to the large, wooded 7500 m² property, with areas for running, dining on the terrace, and playing games such as pétanque, ping-pong, croquet, a football goal, a swing set, and a football cage; bicycle rental is available. The large swimming pool is entirely private: in a beautiful covered area, the 15×5 meter pool (depth of 1 to 2.50m) is heated: minimum of 20°C from April then 25°C from May 30th to September 30th.
