Nestled at the edge of the woods, in the heart of a lush, verdant countryside, this charming little half-timbered cottage welcomes you for a truly relaxing stay in a peaceful, unspoiled natural setting. You'll find yourself in the middle of a large, wooded garden, entirely to yourself, with fields stretching as far as the eye can see where sheep graze and the farmyard animals roam. Comfortable and very well-equipped, the cottage is warm and inviting: a fireplace, characterful materials such as terracotta tiles, parquet flooring, and exposed beams are enhanced by warm colors and contemporary décor. The garden is a lovely, bucolic haven with a south-facing terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for al fresco dining, deck chairs for reading or napping under the trees, fruit trees for picking in season, and a charming little house, a true extension of your living space with a relaxation or play area. Anne-Laure, attentive to your well-being, will offer you delicious local farm products and be happy to advise you on visits and walks. She will also be able to speak passionately about her farm, which is managed using agroforestry practices. The region is perfect for hiking, whether you choose to explore the valley, the woods, or the plains. You are also just a stone's throw from Louviers, a charming little town offering all the shops and services you could need, as well as numerous leisure activities: a fun pool, an ice rink, bowling, horseback riding, and canoeing. On the ground floor: entrance hall, a warm and bright living area thanks to its dual aspect: comfortable lounge, modern kitchen with dining area, and fireplace. A lovely bedroom with a large double bed (160x200cm), which can be separated upon request, and a view of the garden. A beautiful, bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet, and heated towel rail. Upstairs, with a very sloping ceiling, a relaxation room opens onto the countryside: a small lounge and a children's sleeping area with two single beds (0.80m) or one double bed (1.60m) if pushed together. You will enjoy a large, fully enclosed (fenced) garden of approximately 1500m² with mature trees, opening onto fields stretching as far as the eye can see, with farm animals as neighbors: sheep, geese, turkeys, and chickens; ample parking. A small (heated) cottage at the rear provides additional relaxation space or a fun room for games. Local farm products are available for purchase upon request. Badminton is also available.
