Mezzanine floor: 2 sleeping areas separated by a walkway (4 single beds that can be twinned into 2 double beds 180 x 200 cm), shower room with wc. Electric heating included. Wellness and sports area in annex: Sauna, heated indoor swimming pool with movable bottom (depth adjustment) with bicycle (aquabike), table tennis, treadmill (Nordictrack home trainer), golf simulator (sky track ) and upstairs: games room (Bonzini table football, Eurobilliard American billiards, game tables) and studio for 2 people (in supplement 110 € per night and 320 € on weekends 2 nights). Enclosed wooded park crossed by the river with open ornamental pond and pond (peacocks, ducks, koi carp, donkeys and llama).
