In the heart of the Normandy countryside, this former stable has been completely renovated into a lovely cottage, offering all the comforts of a most pleasant holiday home. With its touches of green and leather lounge, it's a modern and warm cocoon, where everyone will enjoy the space offered by its beautiful volumes to recharge their batteries. Why not read a book by the fireplace or around a board game? Between two games of darts or badminton, young and old alike will also enjoy visiting the sheep grazing the grass around the garden. About three kilometers away, Pont Audemer offers beautiful walks along the banks of the Risle. You'll also find shops and restaurants there. Also nearby are the Marais Vernier with its breathtaking landscapes and the Brotonne forest for your walks. Ground floor: Entrance to the large living room with its comfortable seating area around the stove, its dining area and its well-equipped kitchen area. Shower room with large shower and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: access via a spiral staircase to the hallway serving the two bedrooms as well as a second toilet. On the left is the very spacious double bedroom with a 160X200 double bed. On the right is the triple bedroom with a 140X190 double bed and a 90X190 single bed. Outside, you will enjoy the enclosed land bordered by sheep, but also the small awning with garden furniture in front of the house. For your leisure activities: darts, boules and badminton.
