Set along picturesque country lanes in the heart of a beautiful little corner of Normandy, L'Escapade is a stunning contemporary home that has been converted into a very welcoming and charming vacation rental. The atmosphere is warm, thanks to the tasteful decor and the emphasis on comfort: cozy furnishings, natural materials, beautifully restored antique pieces, and very inviting spaces for everyone, both indoors and outdoors. The house’s design features a beautiful, spacious covered terrace with a true outdoor living area, a dining space, and hanging chairs; there are also lounge chairs you can set up wherever you like in the garden. Pauline has thought of your leisure time with toys inside, but especially plenty of games in the garden—and, as a little extra that the kids will love, goats right next door. The region is stunning, stretching from the banks of the Seine to its estuary, the coast, and Honfleur (13 km away), as well as the magnificent Marais Vernier nature reserve. At the end of the street, 3 km away, is the village of Beuzeville with all the necessary shops and small restaurants. SINGLE-STORY COTTAGE (accessible to people with limited mobility with assistance): The entryway, with storage space, leads to the spacious and bright living area: a very well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, dining area, and living room (smart TV); the two floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the large 50 m² terrace. Two lovely bedrooms, one with a 160×200 double bed, the other with two single beds and a third pull-out single bed for occasional use. Beautiful bathroom with a truly spacious walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and towel-warming radiator. Large, enclosed garden of about 1,000 m², featuring a large covered wooden deck and plenty of furniture to enjoy it: a true relaxation area with hanging chairs, lounge chairs, and a dining area. A full playground set, a slide for the little ones, a "bump-and-bump" ride, a spring-loaded play structure, giant Mikado, and indoor toys.
