The little extra that the kids will love: the ponies right across from the house and the goats just next door. The region is stunning, nestled between the banks of the Seine and its estuary, the coast and Honfleur (13 km away), and the magnificent Marais Vernier nature reserve. At the end of the street, 3 km away, is the village of Beuzeville with all the necessary shops. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: the entrance opens onto a beautiful, bright living room with a dining area, the kitchen behind a partition, very well-equipped, and the cozy, bright living room facing the garden and the terrace. A double bedroom (160×200 bed) decorated in green and white with an en suite bathroom (large walk-in shower). Separate toilet and large closet with a laundry area. Upstairs, you’ll find a large landing with a relaxation or game area (bookcase and board games). Two comfortable attic bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a double bed (160×200); a crib can be added to either room. Bathroom with a large shower and separate toilet. You’ll enjoy a large 1,000 m² garden, partially enclosed by a fence, featuring a spacious patio with outdoor furniture for dining near the kitchen and a cozy lounge area; as well as sun loungers, deck chairs, and plenty of games: a jungle gym, a seesaw, a pétanque court, skittles, badminton, and more. The ponies spend most of their time grazing in the pastures around the property; there’s also a pen with dwarf goats nearby.
