In the heart of Bourg Achard, this former restaurant has been completely renovated but has not lost its tourist vocation! Sébastien has set up two gîtes there, including this one, located on the ground floor of this beautiful half-timbered building typically Norman. The name "Lupin" is also a tribute to the region, in reference to Arsène Lupin, an emblematic romantic character from Étretat located not far from there. Ideal for a getaway for two, this pretty gîte welcomes you in a modern and cocooning atmosphere. You will stay here in the town center, a stone's throw from shops and restaurants. A little further, the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park promises you beautiful discoveries with breathtaking landscapes and its beautiful "route des chaumières". If hikers will be delighted to crisscross the GR23 located not far from there, lovers of a more urban lifestyle will appreciate the proximity to Rouen, its cathedral, its museums and its botanical garden. SINGLE-STOREY GITE: Entrance at the back of the building, from the terrace. Lovely spacious living room with comfortable lounge and connected TV, beautiful well-equipped kitchen area with dining area. Small office area. Lovely bedroom with 160×200 double bed. Shower room accessible via the bedroom through a glass door. The toilets are separate and are accessible via the kitchen area. The gîte is located in a large building and has a separate entrance, it adjoins another four-person gîte (ref 1450) which is entered from the front of the building. You will enjoy a shared courtyard of 270 m² and a terrace specific to the gîte, with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days. On the parking side, the courtyard has a large wooden carport and a parking area at the back, adjoining the neighbors' garden. For your laundry, you have access to a shared laundry room.
