Right in the heart of Bourg Achard, this fully renovated former restaurant has not lost its tourist vocation! Sébastien has created five gîtes, including "Jeanne", located on the first floor of this beautiful, typically Norman half-timbered building. Each pays homage to an emblematic figure of the region. Ideal for a couple's getaway, this gîte has plenty of charm, with its modern indus' ambience of metal and brick walls, cocooning leather sofa, and beautiful black-and-white shower room. It's a studio, but it's spacious and has everything! Living room, study, real kitchen, sleeping area, all with your comfort in mind. You're right in the center of town, a stone's throw from shops and restaurants. Nearby, the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park promises breathtaking scenery and its "route des chaumières", as does Rouen, a superb city not to be missed. For hikers, the GR23 is 3.5km away. Studio apartment on the first floor of the large building. It offers a bright, spacious room (double exposure) with different areas for real comfort: the comfortable living room with its connected TV, the kitchen equipped like a large one with its dining area (table and high stools) as well as a real office area. The sofa converts to a comfortable double bed. Attractive bathroom with large walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet; towel heater. The entrance on the ground floor leads to the first floor and its 3 gîtes, including this one. You'll enjoy a 270 m² shared courtyard and a dedicated space on the terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days. On the parking side, the courtyard has a large wooden carport and your own parking space at the rear. A shared laundry room is available on the ground floor.
