Outside, a real private area with 2 terraces and a small garden that will soon be landscaped. Entrance by the terrace on the ground floor on the living room with dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. Shower room with wc. Upstairs, attic, the nice bedroom (1 double bed 160×200) opens onto a cozy living room with TV. Private garden (80 m²) with terrace in front of the cottage and a second one, whose landscaping is in progress, with relaxing furniture. Parking on the property.
