All yours, the traditional, half-timbered, thatched farmhouse and its outbuilding are perfect for a rejuvenating stay with your tribe: beautiful living spaces in a country atmosphere with a touch of the past, games of table soccer or hide-and-seek in the garden, relaxing in the fresh air watching the squirrels, resting or playing by the pool: it's superb, indoor and heated all year round! The region is very pleasant, between Pont-Audemer and its canals and Beuzeville, perfect for shopping. Plenty of beautiful walks in the surrounding area. Honfleur 25 minutes away, Deauville 35 minutes. LA LONGERE: ground-floor entrance to living room with sitting area (TV with bouquet and Netflix), fireplace and dining area opening onto kitchen. Next door, the glassed-in pool area opens onto the panoramic terrace with lounge area; shower room with toilet. Still on the ground floor, the "roses" bedroom overlooks the garden. Upstairs, a small lounge leads to 2 bedrooms: the "campagne" with study area, and the "mer" with en-suite shower room and toilet.
