This authentic timber-framed farmhouse with its typical Norman character welcomes you for a relaxing stay or to discover this beautiful region. Arriving on the small country roads will set the tone for this typical landscape of hedgerows, meadows, apple orchards and pretty little villages. Anne-Marie and Jean-Pierre have converted the house into a really nice, friendly vacation home, enhancing its character, such as the fireplace or the old terracotta floor tiles, and integrating all the comforts expected today. The garden is a real asset, with plenty of games to play: skittles, croquet, badminton, jokari, etc., all the furniture you need for al fresco dining or a siesta, and plenty of space to stretch your legs. All around are the fields, with Tudor the donkey and Narcisse the horse, who often wander under the apple trees, on one side, and the cows on the other. The Lieuvin region is very appealing, with many tourist gems to discover. Entrance on the ground floor leads to the well-equipped kitchen, with a small dining area. Next door, the living room with comfortable lounge and dining area by the fireplace. The 2 rooms open onto the terrace and garden, facing the meadows. A double bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet and large walk-in shower. Upstairs, the landing with a small games area for children (board games) and desk leads to 2 attic bedrooms with fitted closets: a large one with a 160×200 double bed and a smaller one with 2 twin 1-person beds. Bathroom with separate toilet. Beautiful views of the garden and surrounding countryside from every room. The large garden is 3000m², enclosed by fencing or hedges and entirely private. Table tennis. A pétanque court in the village 600m away, as well as a grocery-bread-coffee-tobacco store with a good pizza dispenser. Plenty of walks in the surrounding area, including the Véronne, Risle and Seine valleys.
