In the full of charm village of Acquigny, this gite promises a peaceful stop-over in a rich of dicoveries region. You will enjoy the typical charm of Eure Valley (white stone walls, beams and bargain-hunt furniture) and the annex's character. It is about one of the oldest houses in the village (XVIe) whose Valérie and José will be delighted to tell you the story. Warm welcome. Outside private area with a shared garden. After a gate, you will be able to diretly access to the property, along the Iton. GROUND FLOOR : kitchen with dining area, living room, wc. 1ST FLOOR : Two rooms (one attic) (1 double bed 160×200 then 1 bunk bed with 1 single bed and one double bed 140×200), bathroom. Outhouse located on the property, with its outside area and an access to the shared garden. Washing machine and clothes dryer shared with the owners. Drives in old cars are possible by the owner. Tourist tax applies.
