It features a private, quiet outdoor area with no neighbors in sight, bordering a meadow with horses. Its location makes it easy to explore the historic center of Alençon, the Forest of Écouves, the village of Saint-Céneri-le-Géré (listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France), as well as the landscapes of the Alpes Mancelles. Several hiking and walking trails are accessible nearby, including a loop trail starting from Héloup and the marked trails of the Écouves Forest.

(+ 20? if bringing a pet) Detached house with a private, fenced-in outdoor area of 400m². Outdoor furniture and a relaxation area are at your disposal, along with a gas grill.
