In the heart of the charming village of Acquigny, this single storey house with a surface area of about 70 m², is located in a quiet setting 3 km (1.8 miles) away from Louviers (18,000 inhabitants) and halfway between Paris (100 km – 62 miles) and the seaside (Calvados beaches), and 20 minutes away from Rouen via the motorway. With its completely new interior (decoration, furniture, utensils, etc.) and its spacious living room, it has been decorated in a vintage, 1970s style that favours a “home-from-home” feel. The village of Acquigny has all the necessary services and facilities which makes it possible to stay without a car and walk or cycle. There are numerous walks and hikes in the area and high-quality facilities (leisure pool, library and games library, cinema, etc. 3 km (1.8 miles) away and a Leisure Park 15 km (9 miles) away).
