Behind its blue shutters and red bricks, this charming house houses a small, warm cottage with a country feel. The terracotta tiles, decorative fireplace and exposed beams will bring you a gentle sense of comfort and make you feel at home, for a cocooning stay for two. This former dovecote will be a perfect little nest for evenings of reading or board games. Under the awning, bicycles and scooters are at your disposal and await you to explore this little-known Normandy area. Why not observe the herons on the banks of the Breteuil ponds or take a tour of the local producers? Among them, the chocolatier Cluizel will reveal all his secrets to you at Chocolatrium, his chocolate museum. About 20km from the cottage, don't miss Center Parc where a water park and spa await you. Ground floor : Entrance to the living room: comfortable sofa, television and dining area with a view of the countryside. The kitchen, all in length, is open to the living room. It gives access to the comfortable bathroom which has a separate toilet inside the room. UPSTAIRS: Access via a spiral staircase to the mezzanine bedroom open to the living room. It is equipped with two single beds 90X190, which can be pushed together to form a large double bed 180X190. The room is attic and the height ceiling may not be suitable for people measuring more than 1m85. Outside, you benefit from a private semi-enclosed garden of approximately 100 m² with garden furniture and a small terrace in front of the house. This is located on a plot of 2000 m² belonging to another gîte for ten people (ref: 1396). Under the awning, bicycles and scooters are at your disposal. The swing is shared with the other gîte. Unprotected pond nearby.
