The owners, your neighbors, will welcome you warmly and will be happy to advise you on good local farm products or gems to discover nearby, such as Bec Hellouin, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France or the castle of Harcourt and its arboretum. On the ground floor, entrance to the living room with its comfortable lounge then the modern and very well equipped kitchen, and its dining area; it opens onto the terrace and the garden. The staircase leads to the FLOOR and the 2 attic bedrooms: the small one with a double bed and the larger one with 3 single beds. Shower room with a large shower, vanity unit and toilet. The 150 m² garden, with its large terrace, is private; it is located on the large property where you can walk in the 8000 m² fully enclosed. On it, lots of games for children including a playground, trampoline, table tennis, football goal, …, and an orchard where you can pick fruit in the summer.
