Just outside the beautiful village of Bec Hellouin—a charming town recognized as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France"—you’ll be charmed by "Le Petit Bec." Between the forest trail and the greenway, %E0 l’%set back, this little cottage is very cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a relaxing getaway for two, with its large garden where you can relax on sunny days. At the end of the street lies the village: colorful half-timbered houses, narrow streets lined with pretty gardens, a washhouse by the water, and, of course, the famous abbey and its Saint Nicolas Tower, whose gardens are a delight to stroll through. There are also some nice little restaurants and shops! As for walks, you have plenty of options: the forest and its trails, the greenway leading to Neubourg and the Risle Valley, or the paths on the opposite side of the village that take you up to higher ground. SINGLE-STORY COTTAGE: The entrance opens directly into the living area, which features a lounge, a very comfortable dining area, and a kitchen fully equipped like a large one! Next to it is the double bedroom, with a large double bed (160×200), followed by the bright bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet. You’ll enjoy a large garden, fully enclosed by fences and hedges, covering approximately 1,000 m², including a patio area in front of the cottage with outdoor furniture for dining and two lounge chairs for relaxing, as well as a grassyand tree-lined. Ample parking. On-site, the Grande Randonnée Trail 224 and a greenway run along the valley. An electric vehicle charging station is located 800 meters away, and bike rentals are available 2 km away.
