The Passage des Lavandières gîte is located in the heart of the village of Rouperroux, on the Alencon/Carrouges axis (departmental road limited to 30 km/hour). Don't miss the visit to the superb Carrouges castle 5 km away, the walks in the Ecouves national forest and the sensitive natural area of the Petits Riaux peat bog (with its carnivorous plants!) and a little further Alençon 20 minutes away (Alençon lace museum, the birthplace of Saint Thérèse,… and all the shops and leisure activities).
Old house on 300 m² of land in the heart of the village with an all-inclusive package. Ground floor : Living room with lounge (decorative fireplace, pellet stove, flat screen TV) and fully equipped kitchen. Game room, Bathroom with shower (2.10 meters high ceiling) and toilet.
