In the picturesque Avre Valley, this elegant mansion on its magnificent 12-hectare park has regained all its splendor! It is now the heart of this ecotourism site dedicated to recharging your batteries and your well-being; an exceptional site in the heart of nature in a historic 18th century park. You will be charmed: generous rooms, great comfort of its bedrooms (each has its own bathroom and top-notch, modular bedding) as well as living rooms, decor that is both current and in keeping with the period of the house, well-thought-out equipment like this just-perfect kitchen; all in an ecological approach. Without obscuring the park with its many species that color it where it is good to stroll, run or play between meadows and wooded areas punctuated by remarkable period sites such as its avenue of lime trees, the orangery, the double-flight stone staircase, the "temple of love", the cave or the incredible three-hundred-year-old chestnut tree. On the ground floor: entrance hall, large, very well-equipped kitchen which opens onto the beautiful dining room, large, elegant living room with fireplace which opens onto the park and the terrace. On the 1st floor: a small landing, then 4 spacious double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90×200) which can be converted into a large double bed on request, and shower room; large shower room with wc for bedroom 4. Separate wc with washbasin. You can enjoy the largely enclosed park, in which you can walk in the different areas, respecting the pastures dedicated to the cows.
