A small, adorable area of the countryside near the Seine valley and its sumptuous panoramas, a small quiet village full of charm, and this superb gîte, a real favorite ! The house has character, traditional with its half-timbered, bricks and flint ; it overlooks a large landscaped garden enclosed by hedges, generously flowered in fine weather. Inside, space and a trendy and warm decor ; starting with this large and pretty living room of almost 60m², bright thanks to its light shades of gray, beige and white and its white or contemporary wooden furniture : a beautiful area both in summer, opening onto the garden, and in winter, in the cozy living room in front of the wood stove. Nearby, the Andelys and the Seine valley, tireless, but also the Andelle valley, more secret, to Lyons la Forêt. And lots of walks all around ! On the ground floor, large living room with dining room, original lounge with wood stove, with its bow window, and at the end the modern and very well equipped kitchen, with a large picture window which opens again onto the garden. A large bedroom, double bed 160x200 with private bathroom : large shower with hydro massage jets for relaxation. Also a wc/laundry room. Upstairs, the 2 adjoining bedrooms (a double bed and 2 single beds) with beautiful views of the garden or the pretty church square. Bathroom and separate wc. The staircase is a little steep, with a ramp. The 1300 m² garden is entirely enclosed by hedges and completely screened. It offers a beautiful terrace in front of the gîte for meals, as well as a second one, further away, with a garden furniture ideal for relaxation. A small water point, with water lily and frogs, will soon be protected. Covered shelter for games, sheltered meals, bikes, motorbikes or small car.
