The Gîte de la Passacailles is a truly delightful place to stay, nestled in the heart of a charming and peaceful village in the Eure Valley: the perfect spot to recharge and unwind! A library, board games, toys, and a real foosball table await you! Outside, the property offers plenty of area to enjoy the fresh air: in front of the gîte for meals, under the trees for a nap or with a good book, or in the meadow to stroll through the vegetable garden, daydream on the bench overlooking the forest, or stretch your legs; not forgetting a visit to the chickens. Olivia and Charles are full of thoughtful touches that vary with the seasons and will be happy to advise you on visits and walks to enjoy in this beautiful region. And the icing on the cake: you'll find a grocery store just 150 m away. GROUND FLOOR COTTAGE. The entrance opens onto the very well-equipped and functional kitchen and dining area: it has all the features of a larger one. A hallway leads to the spacious and welcoming living room with a relaxation area, a small library, and a foosball table. There is a TV and DVD player; the room opens directly onto the garden. The bedroom is comfortable: a double bed (160×200 cm) and a single bed, with ample storage. A lovely bathroom features a large walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet. You can enjoy a small garden in front of the cottage and then several other areas on the large property where Olivia, Charles, and their children live (6000 m²): under the trees on the sun loungers or in the meadow. There is a large parking area with a shelter under the barn. A ping-pong table and bicycles are available. In the village, there is a public playground and a canoe launch point. The cottage is pet-friendly.
