On the ground floor : the entrance opens onto the large living room with a very well equipped kitchen, a bar separates it from the dining room with insert fireplace, then the very comfortable living room with its large, very cocoon sofa and armchairs. The room opens onto the large terrace and the garden, facing south. A second lounge dedicated to leisure activities with table football and board games for all also opens onto the terrace.
