In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, 2 hours from Paris, come and enjoy nature and beautiful stones in our gîte created in 2024 in an outbuilding on our property. Calm, relaxation, idleness, walks and strolls through the most beautiful Perche villages. First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 identical 90×190 beds that can be placed side by side, plus a large wardrobe, 1 kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area (6/8 people) and wifi, 1 bathroom with double washbasin, shower, storage unit and washing machine, 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a 140×190 bed, 1 WC with large washbasin and mirror, 1 landing room with a clic clac that can be used as a 2-person bed. Outside: 1 private wooden terrace with table (6/8 people), parasol, Weber charcoal barbecue, 2 deckchairs, outdoor sofa with two armchairs and coffee tables. 1 ping-pong table. Parking for several cars. Access to swimming pool available for a fee.
