A retro atmosphere with contemporary comforts, always with your well-being in mind. The large wooded garden, part of which is all yours, contributes to this sense of disconnection with tables and chairs, deckchairs and games: table tennis, skittles, swing, trampoline. The little ones will love visiting the little barnyard or the sheep. A region rich in walks and activities. On the theme of Impressionism, Giverny and Vernon are just a stone's throw away. Detached single-storey house. The entrance opens onto the living room with its comfortable lounge (TV) and kitchen with dining area; the room opens onto the private garden to the rear.
