In this beautiful half-timbered house, Pascaline and Nicolas have thought of everything for a memorable holiday: a comfortable, spacious, and charming cottage with a private swimming pool in the heart of a large, wooded garden! Located in a quiet hamlet, you'll find everything you need to relax and enjoy the countryside. The bright cottage opens onto a terrace, and the garden is completely private. The owners, your neighbors, will give you a warm welcome and are happy to advise you on delicious local farm products or hidden gems to discover nearby: Bec Hellouin, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, or Harcourt Castle and its arboretum. There are plenty of games for all ages, including a pétanque court, playground, trampoline, ping-pong table, football goal, goat visits, and space to run around and burn off energy! There's also a lovely outdoor spa and a barrel sauna for relaxing moments all year round. Ground floor: living room with lounge area (fireplace for decorative purposes only), dining room, and kitchen. WC. Adjacent to this, accessible from the outside: suite with double bed (160x200cm), electric fireplace, and en-suite,double shower with WC. Upstairs: two spacious bedrooms: the first with a double bed (160x200cm) and washbasin area, and the family room with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. Shower room next to the double bedroom and separate WC. A cot and high chair are available. Spacious terrace overlooking the heated swimming pool (10x5m, 1-2.30m deep) open from April to the end of October. Garden furniture,sun loungers,barbecue/plancha grill. A private, unfenced garden of 1000 m² and guests have access to the 8000 m² of the large, enclosed property. This includes access to numerous shared recreational facilities with the owners and guests of the second cottage, including a beautiful outdoor spa and a sauna.A separate, adjacent cottage sleeps 5.
