A real corner of paradise, this is what the Chalet de l'Abbesse offers, a charming little cottage in a superb environment in the Calonne valley. Beautiful little country roads all in relief lead you to Bailleul-la-Vallée, a lovely and typically Norman village; away from it all, on the banks of the river, l'Abbesse, this house all in wood is really made for holidays, in the middle of half a hectare just for you! In any season you will be charmed: in fine weather with the large terrace which constitutes a real additional living space with dining area, lounge, deckchairs and a spa with a view of the river, or inside the chalet with its elegant and colorful decor and beautiful natural materials. Stéphanie and Olivier have fitted it out with attention to detail and your comfort, in a very warm atmosphere where you immediately feel good. Don't miss Cormeilles, a dynamic and charming village with nice shops. The cottage is arranged on the same level, on a raised ground floor (4 steps): entrance to the beautiful bright living room with its bay windows which open onto the large wooden terrace with a superb view of the garden, the pond and the river: cocoon lounge, comfortable dining area and very well-equipped modern kitchen. The 2 elegant bedrooms each have their own bathroom with toilet: the double bedroom, with a double bed, offers access to the terrace, on the side; single bed for the second. Also a practical laundry room, with storage, washing machine and dryer. The large terrace offers a dining area, a relaxation lounge area, deckchairs as well as a 5-person spa, accessible from May to the end of September. The large garden, bordered almost all around by the small river, is 5000 m², enclosed (by hedges and river) private. The pond is not protected. Swing. No telephone network on site.
