The Haute Rochelle estate overlooks the countryside with a beautiful view. Many activities: a hiking trail with a fishing pond in the town and, less than 10 minutes away, the M%EAle-sur-Sarthe recreation center (supervised swimming in the %E9t%E9, pedal boats, mini-golf), an equestrian center and a greenway through state-owned forest, go-karting, and the Petite Cité de Caractère of Sées (cathedral and museum).
Historic house, fully air-conditioned, all-inclusive package. – Ground floor: Living room with fully equipped kitchenette, living room (TV), separate bathroom and toilet. – First floor: bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm), bedroom (3 single beds 90 x 190 cm, including 1 pull-out bed). Unfenced, tree-lined garden with a fenced-in pond. A spa and sauna are currently being installed in the former bread oven. Adjacent to another cottage for 2–4 people with a shared laundry room.
