Located a 5-minute drive from the town centre and the beach, with a golf course 300 metres away and a racecourse opposite the residence. Nearby, the ‘Parcours du Coeur’ offers lovely walks with your dog.
The accommodation comprises a living area with a TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a lounge with a sofa bed, opening onto a terrace with an awning and parasol – a south-facing garden equipped with a barbecue and all the necessary outdoor equipment. Fully enclosed garden. Shower room with shower and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and two with 90 beds, a cot, and a safety gate at the top of the stairs for children.
Minimum stay of 2 nights. No extra charge for your pets. Available for your pets’ use: food bowls, blankets, quick-dry towels, toys, mats, beds, a paddling pool, a cooling mat, a cat tree and litter all year round. You also have Cap Cabourg beach, where they can have a brilliant time all day long with you.
