Enter the property and follow the tree-lined driveway: you are now in the heart of the Abbaye du Parc estate, a place whose history dates back to the 13th century. You will feel transported to another time, far removed from everything. The former priory is now an elegant and welcoming holiday home, designed for relaxation and leisure. You will love its spacious rooms and the beautiful light streaming in through its large windows, which open onto the park, as do every room: try to be quiet, and you might even spot a deer! Here, everything revolves around leisure: in the living room, books or board games; in the annex, billiards, foosball, or darts; in the garden, around the fire pit or in a deckchair; in the park, for a stroll. You will be charmed by Harcourt, its castles and arboretum, and by Bec Hellouin, easily accessible via the greenway just 200 meters away. Cottage located next to Harcourt Castle and its magnificent light trail "Arbora Lumina" until 28/02. Entrance into the living room, which opens onto the garden through large windows: a very well-equipped kitchen with a central island, a dining area, and a welcoming lounge with a library and board games. A small single bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet. On the garden level, a superb bedroom (one double bed, one single sofa bed) with generous proportions and character, featuring stone walls and half-timbering (direct access to the garden); bathroom with toilet. On the first floor, two attic bedrooms, each with two single beds, an armchair, and a desk. Bathroom with toilet. You will enjoy a private area within the 8-hectare grounds, where you can stroll. In an outbuilding, a veritable treasure trove of games awaits: American pool, foosball, ping-pong, darts, badminton, pétanque, croquet, giant Mikado, and rackets. Pets are welcome provided they respect the house cats. Poor phone reception. Shared carport.
