Gite La Rosière
Located at the end of a private driveway, totally isolated but five minutes from all the shops, our house is made to welcome warm family or friend reunions. You will enjoy the comfort of a perfectly restored house, and while you relax in front of the fire, you will see deer strolling in front of the windows. Board games, badminton, ping-pong, balls, petanque, and two libraries are provided. In the vicinity is the regional natural park of the Perche, its villages of character (La Perrière, Bellême), the animation of Mortagne au Perche (famous market, cinema, media library, swimming pool, antique dealers, second-hand goods dealers, bookshops, bars). The "voie verte", a former railroad track, is open on 70kms to pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders. Many walks starting from the house.
