A cozy 120 m2 house, bathed in light, very comfortable and perfectly equipped. You'll enjoy breakfast at the table overlooking the Norman skies and countryside, the warmth of the stove when you return from your country walks, and you'll find all the equipment you need to cook your pickings and other local produce? Or perhaps you'd prefer to relax in the extra-large bathtub, before enjoying a good night's rest in the peace and quiet of the countryside, as only quality bedding can provide. In fine weather, you can also choose between barbecues on the terrace, walks or naps by the pond. The house comprises a large living room, a small sitting room, an open-plan kitchen opening onto a dining room, a study, a triple bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with Italian shower and bath + 2 separate WCs and a laundry room. La Petite Passière is therefore ideal for a romantic weekend away or a family vacation (up to 6 people, thanks to the cot in the study). However, the house is also perfect for those wishing to plan periods of telecommuting, thanks to a fiber-optic internet connection and dedicated workspaces.
