From this former carpentry workshop, Véronique and Philippe have created a charming haven where you immediately feel at home. Wood is always present, adding a touch of warmth and character, creating a contemporary and modern atmosphere: light colors, bright rooms, a beautiful mix of second-hand and contemporary furniture, top-notch amenities, and a constant focus on your comfort, as in the living room with plush sofas or in the bedrooms with well-chosen bedding; the decor is Véronique's very successful works. You'll love relaxing in the garden, dining in the shade of the awning, or enjoying the outdoor shelter for a game of ping-pong. Here, you can enjoy the benefits of the city in a peaceful, country-style atmosphere. There are many nearby leisure activities within walking distance, as are the shops and the Château de Bizy, just next door. On the ground floor, entrance to the full-height living room, bathed in light, which opens onto the terrace through a large bay window: a very comfortable living room next to the pellet stove, a very well-equipped kitchen with its central island, and a dining area. An elegant double bedroom with a skylight: a 160×200 double bed (excellent bedding), closet, and a practical desk area. Beautiful, spacious and bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double sinks, and toilet. The staircase leads upstairs to the twin bedroom, attic-style and open to the ground floor, with two 90×200 beds; a nice play or relaxation area for older children. You can enjoy a beautiful covered terrace if needed by an awning, with furniture for an outdoor meal, a small flower garden in fine weather, and a covered shelter for a game of ping-pong, for example (approximately 100m² in total). Giverny is only 6 km away, accessible without a car by public transport.
